Bookvault does not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" purchases of its print-on-demand paperbacks, as they are printed specifically for each order. However, you can request a refund or a reprint if a book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. To do this, you must email customers@bookvault.app within 14 working days of delivery, providing your BV order number, ISBNs, and clear photos of the defect.

Worldwide shipping: Bookvault can ship to all countries not embargoed by the UK government.
Local printing: They have printing facilities in countries like the US, which helps reduce shipping costs and delivery times for customers in those regions.
Estimated delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the service selected and location. For example, FedEx Economy is typically 3-5 working days, while The Delivery Group is normally 5-7 working days.
Customs and taxes: When ordering from the UK to other countries, shipments are sent DDU (Duty Unpaid), meaning customs duties and taxes are charged at the point of delivery. If you are selling to EU customers and have an IOSS code, VAT can be handled at checkout to avoid further charges.
